The repairman (Tyler) was in and out very quickly (replaced part and tested washing machine for proper performance). Based on this one experience, I would definitely use him again and would have no problem recommending him with confidence to anyone. I would trust him in my home with my family even if I was not there, and that is VERY important to me. He was a true professional and a gentleman. And he offered good suggestions as he was leaving. I couldn't have been more pleased.
