I'm a hardworking professional. I own and manage 3 businesses. I work hard so I enjoy what downtime I do have. I'm into sports, specifically playing softball, volleyball, football, and motorcycling.

There will always be another guy/ girl out there. It's all about meeting new people, and each situation is different. Each person is different, thus making each relationship different. The thing is, yes there are always more fish in the sea. However there are only a FEW that you are compatible with in the world. So, you can't judge each and every person for their small flaws. No one is perfect, no matter how much you want them to be. And you can never change anyone that doesn't ask to be changed. The fact is, you have to find that someone who is as attracted to you as much as you are to them, AND that you get along with/ aka that you are compatible with. Thats the key, if you go just for looks, or just attitude then its not gonna last. Thus just because someone is really hot, or is that bad guy all women like, doesn't mean its ever gonna last if you are not compatible with that person. You have to have things in common, similar out looks on life otherwise it will be doomed to fail from the start. So, if and when you do finally find that person you are compatible with don't ever let go.... And what all women need to realize is that just cause a man isn't a rebel or a tough guy, in other words is one of the "nice guys" doesn't mean that he can't or isn't the alpha male. In fact it's the exact opposite many times. Some of us nice guys are indeed the alpha male that you women so long for, however you look past us because we do not portray that we are in fact the alpha male. The reason we don't is because we were taught young to have more respect for others, especially Women.... Thus we are unable to be assholes, but make no mistake we can protect you just as well as or better than any "bad guy". So Ladies, next time you meet a guy who seems "to good to be true", or that is the "nice guy type" maybe you should give him a chance, you might be surprised......

I own an iron and know how to use it (well, at least I read the manual, so it's theory at this point). Actually, I'm so proud of my ironing skills that I once joined an Iron-man competition. I think I was the only one there with a Rowenta. But when I saw that the other contestants looked to be on steroids, I knew I didn't have a chance. So I'm no longer in competitive ironing.

Q: Why is it so hard to find a funny, intelligent, nice, sensitive, and single man? A: The answer is actually quite simple. It all boils down to the law of supply and demand. If women truly wanted men who are funny, intelligent, nice, and sensitive, there would be a much greater supply. However, since women are actually more attracted to material wealth, muscular mass, or men who mistreat them, this explains the abundant supply of men who are workaholics, muscle heads, or total jerks. This works in my favor since I am neither a muscle head nor a total jerk and there are still a few of you that want the funny intelligent type.

I'm at home in the kitchen and love to cook for anyone who eats. I enjoy intellectual bantering and a great sense of humor. I'm extremely dedicated to work (or maybe that's dedicated to receiving paychecks), to my kids or to a special someone in my life. As I get older, all my senses seem to grow duller with the exception of my two favorite. My common sense and my sense of humor are as sharp as ever. I don't need a second mother. My first one is alive and well and living a safe distance away (thanks for asking because she's always asking about all of you, sheesh!). Oh! And I do learn from the past, About the cat... He doesn't plan on dying any time soon. He's got at least 6 lives left. So if you're afraid of cats or allergic (or your Great Dane eats them for mid-day snacks), I may not be your idea of that special someone. If you are a mountain climber or sky diver, I'll have dinner ready when you get home, but I probably won't be joining you on your adventure.
And please don't make me watch sports on TV... it's not anything I'm interested in.... but I can read a book while you watch. Don't worry, this is a personal choice and not a religious belief. I have tried bringing a book to a Cowboy's game, but the crowd was inconsiderate and was way too loud for me to concentrate. I kept reading the same paragraph over and over again. Everyone should have list of "deal breakers"...things you just can't accept in a friend or partner. Here are mine.
1) No drugs. Ever! If u used to smoke goofy stuff, but don't anymore...ever again, then I'm okay with that.
2) smoking. Sorry, hate it terribly. (just the side effects, not the person)
3) criminal past. Felonies. Speeding tickets don't count. Hurry home to me! ;)
4) I really shouldn't put this on, but I don't like it...fake stuff...too much makeup or fake boobs. I don't care how big you boobs ARN'T, little or huge...real is the deal.

I'm easy going and like to hang out with friends and visit family, go swimming, read, see shows in deep ellum, get out of the apartment - pretty much anything and everything. It doesn't matter how my leisure time is spend, as long as the company is good. Also, I work out 3-4 days a week.

I try my best to keep a balanced life of work, school, and play, but at times there is too much of one thing. It's usually my fault though, like if I wait until the last minute to finish a school assignment =/

I'm always down for a road trip, going to movies, eating out, or just meeting up for drinks or coffee. Sometimes I just enjoy staying home watching thriller/action movies with lots of stuff blowing up (I love my big screen HDTV with surround sound speakers in the wall and the subwoofer under the sofa so I can FEEL the explosions...yeah baby!!)
